Crane, forklift and yard support that works with your millwright crew — equipment positioning, loading/unloading, and coordinated install days across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and northern Maryland.

Steedle’s contribution: we provide crane lifts, forklift/yard handling, and logistics so your millwrights can focus on alignment, fastening, and commissioning. We are not claiming to be your millwright firm — we support the customer’s crew (or their contracted millwrights) with lifting, positioning, loading/unloading, and West Deptford yard staging when timing needs a buffer.

Equipment positioning: on install days we place machinery, pumps, valves, switchgear, modulars, and related pieces where your crew needs them — timed to the millwright sequence, not a generic boom schedule. Plant floors, mechanical rooms, and outdoor pads each need a different boom path and outrigger plan; we review set location, overhead hazards, and ground bearing before lift day.

Loading, unloading & yard handling: we can receive from distributors, unload trailers, stage indoors or outdoors at the yard, and haul to the plant so equipment lands when millwrights are ready. Coordination with your crew: share preferred windows, piece list, approximate weights (or “not sure”), and who is leading alignment on site.
