Egg Harbor Township, NJ · Atlantic County — rooftop HVAC / truck crane
Egg Harbor Township, NJ — This is what we do day in, day out: seven rooftop HVAC units for a car dealership in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County. We received the units, stored them at our yard, hauled them to site and lifted them to the roof with the truck crane.
Ocean City, NJ breakfast restaurant, Cape May County
Ocean City, NJ — Another day at the office: six brand-new rooftop units, new HVAC for the entire building at a breakfast restaurant in Ocean City. We received the units, stored them at our yard, hauled them to site and lifted them to the roof with the truck crane. This one's my kids' favorite breakfast place, so it was a good day.
King of Prussia, PA mall, Montgomery County
King of Prussia, PA — Another day at the office: a rooftop HVAC system and curb adapter lifted at the King of Prussia mall. We received the equipment, stored it at our yard and hauled it to site. Trucks left the yard at 5 AM so the lift was done and the crew was off site by 8 AM, before people arrived at the mall and out of everyone's way. The job was finished and the crane was pulling out at 7:22 AM, with plenty of time to spare. We work with our customers, not against them, and do what each job calls for. If it helps get the job done, it's an option.
Glassboro, NJ — Another day at the office: we received the new generator, stored it at our yard, hauled it to the site, set the new unit with the crane, and removed and disposed of the old one.
Atlantic City International Airport area, Atlantic County, NJ
Atlantic City International Airport area — lifting right next to an active runway, so we kept the boom under 50 feet the whole lift.
East Brunswick, NJ distribution facility, Middlesex County
East Brunswick, NJ — Swapping out conveyors inside a distribution facility with very little room to work. Truck crane set up on the floor under overhead steel and mezzanine.
Gloucester Township, NJ retail building, Camden County
Gloucester Township, NJ — RTU swap-out as the sun came up. We received the unit, stored it at our yard and hauled it to site.
Galloway, NJ healthcare facility
Galloway, NJ — Another day at the office replacing an HVAC system for a customer we’ve worked with for over 30 years. We received the AAON RTU, stored it at our yard, and had it ready when the customer was ready.
Problem: A commercial building under wrap needed rooftop HVAC equipment placed while other trades were still on site.
Scope: Truck-crane rooftop HVAC lift with site coordination for boom path, street setup, crew timing, and yard storage when equipment arrives ahead of the set.
Result: Unit set for the mechanical crew to finish connections on the planned visit.
Problem: A standby generator package needed to move from delivery onto its pad without delaying other site work.
Scope: Generator lift planning around pad location, truck access, and flatbed coordination with the Steedle truck-crane fleet.
Result: Generator placed for the electrical crew; same process used for removals and replacements across NJ, PA, and DE.
South Jersey / Philly-area plant work
Problem: Industrial equipment had to come off a trailer and into position where forklift reach alone was not enough.
Scope: Machine-moving crane support with rigging judgment for an irregular load, trailer coordination, and site access.
Result: Equipment set for the plant crew. Larger or specialty moves use the same office process.
