What to send (send what you have): equipment details (make/model or a plain description of the load), available weight and dimensions when known, photos of the load, the placement location (pad, roof, plant floor, rear yard), and site-access notes (street width, overhead lines, outrigger room, docks, driveways). Incomplete first enquiries are welcome — you do not need every measurement before you call or submit a quote request.

What the office reviews next: we review piece weights and dimensions against radius and boom path, ground-bearing and outrigger space, overhead hazards, truck approach, and whether pickup, West Deptford yard staging, or jobsite haul timing belongs in the plan.
