Lift enquiry checklist
Use this page to collect job location, equipment details, photos, access notes, and requested timing before you Request a Lift Quote or call 856-298-1903. Blank sections are fine — send what you have and we will follow up.
This checklist does not book a crane or confirm a schedule. A preferred date remains a request until our office confirms your job is scheduled.
1.Job location
Town and site context help us estimate travel and setup — incomplete details are welcome.
- Town / city and state (or ZIP)
- Jobsite address or nearest cross-streets (if ready to share)
- Building type (commercial, industrial, residential, other)
- Roof / floor level where the load will set or leave
- Any known HOA, property-manager, or facility access rules
Notes (optional):2.Equipment / load details
Share what you know. Approximate weight and size are enough to start a quote conversation.
- What needs lifting (HVAC unit, generator, steel, machine, tree, etc.)
- Approximate weight (or “not sure”)
- Approximate dimensions (L × W × H) if known
- Make / model / serials if available
- Number of loads or pieces
- Pickup, hauling, or yard storage needed?
Notes (optional):3.Photos
Photos are optional but accelerate quoting. JPEG/PNG/WebP/HEIC — a few clear shots beat a long description.
- Load / equipment from a few angles
- Landing area or roof curb / pad
- Street or yard setup space for outriggers
- Overhead lines, trees, or other obstacles
- Access path from street to set point
Notes (optional):4.Access & site conditions
Anything that affects where the crane can set up is useful — even rough notes.
- Driveway / parking lot / street setup options
- Ground conditions (soft soil, steep grade, gravel, concrete)
- Overhead power lines or low clearances
- Gate codes, dock hours, or escort requirements
- Indoor moves or tight millwright / plant constraints
Notes (optional):5.Requested timing
Preferred dates are requests only — submitting a checklist or quote form does not confirm a booking or schedule.
- Preferred date or date window (optional)
- Any hard constraints (shutdown windows, deliveries, weather)
- Who we should call or email first
- Best contact preference (call / email / either)
Notes (optional):
